- Profile info: name, contact details, income range, credit range, move-in date, and other details you add to your tenant or landlord profile
- Listing info: property details, address, photos, and availability you post as a landlord
- Messages: content of messages sent through the Platform
- Usage analytics: general usage data (e.g., pages visited, actions taken) to improve our service and troubleshoot issues
2. How We Use It
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the Platform
- Authenticate you and manage your account
- Display profiles and listings to other users as intended
- Enable messaging and application flows
- Improve our services, security, and user experience
- Respond to support requests and inquiries
3. Legal Bases & Compliance
We process your information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and provincial privacy legislation where applicable.
