Nestriq was built to make the early rental process more structured, transparent, and less chaotic before viewings happen.

Landlords often receive rental inquiries through scattered messages, repeat the same questions, and schedule viewings before knowing whether a lead is a basic fit. Nestriq gives landlords a simple pre-viewing questionnaire to collect self-declared information in one place.

We focus on the step before showings: helping landlords organize rental leads, reduce back-and-forth, and decide who to invite for a viewing. Nestriq is not a rental application replacement and does not provide formal tenant screening or verification.
